Welcome to BLUSHED BY ROOPA. By booking our bridal, party, or editorial makeup services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a flawless, professional, and curated experience for every client.
1. Bookings and Retainer Fees
To secure your wedding date or event appointment, a non-refundable retainer fee is strictly required.
Your date is not officially reserved until the retainer has been received and confirmed.
The remaining balance for all services must be paid in full on or before the day of the event, prior to the commencement of makeup application.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
In the event of a cancellation by the client, the initial retainer fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you need to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate the new date, subject to our availability. If we are unavailable on the new date, the retainer remains non-refundable.
In the highly unlikely event that BLUSHED BY ROOPA must cancel due to a severe emergency, a full refund of all monies paid (including the retainer) will be issued immediately.
3. Travel and On-Location Fees
For our “Doorstep / On-Location Glamour” services, travel fees may apply depending on the distance from our Bhattarahalli studio to your venue.
If the preparation begins before 6:00 AM, an early morning convenience fee may be added to the final invoice.
For out-of-station weddings (outside Bengaluru), the client is responsible for providing standard travel and safe accommodation for the artist and team.
4. Health, Allergies, and Hygiene
We maintain the highest standards of hygiene and use only premium global cosmetic brands.
It is the client’s sole responsibility to inform us of any known skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions prior to the application.
BLUSHED BY ROOPA cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions or breakouts resulting from the use of our products.
5. Photography and Media
We reserve the right to capture photos and short videos of the makeup process and the final look for our professional portfolio, website, and social media channels.
If you prefer to keep your bridal look entirely private until a certain date, please inform us during the booking process so we can respect your timeline.
